For AEMT and Paramedic programs accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs and supported by the Committee on Accreditation of Educational Programs for the Emergency Medical Services Professions, or those with the CoAEMSP Letter of Review, the progress report is a critical component of the accreditation process. Whether responding to site visit findings, CAAHEP citations, or areas of concern, a well-prepared progress report demonstrates a program’s commitment to compliance, continuous quality improvement, and student success.

This webinar provides a practical, structured approach to developing clear, concise, and effective progress reports. Participants will learn how to interpret accreditation findings, link responses directly to Standards, and provide appropriate evidence that demonstrates sustained compliance. The session will highlight common pitfalls—such as insufficient documentation, lack of data, or incomplete narratives—and offer strategies to avoid them. Through examples and actionable guidance, program leaders will gain confidence in preparing reports that clearly communicate corrective actions and measurable results.

Whether you are preparing your first progress report or refining your approach, this session will help ensure your response is thorough, organized, and aligned with accreditation expectations.
